First 2 FREE sessions!
Your first 30 minute session will include a complete health screening consultation so that I can get an understanding of why you're wanting a personal trainer, what you're wanting to achieve during your sessions and to get to know you a bit more before we get into the tough stuff! Your second session is free just because!

30 minute 1 on 1 session
Within this session you'll find yourself discovering and achieving your goals. Depending on YOUR needs you will have sessions including HIIT circuits, HIIT cardio, free weight, heavy weight, cardio, balance, boxing, plyometric, isometric, unilateral, strength training, anxiety/stress relief workouts and/or flexibility training.
Motivation and nutritional advice will also be given.

1 hour 1 on 1 session
Within this session you'll find yourself discovering and achieving your goals. Depending on YOUR needs you will have sessions including HIIT circuits, HIIT cardio, free weight, heavy weight, cardio, balance, boxing, plyometric, isometric, unilateral, strength training, anxiety/stress relief workouts and/or flexibility training.
Motivation and nutritional advice will also be given.

45 minute 1 on 1 session
Within this session you'll find yourself discovering and achieving your goals. Depending on YOUR needs you will have sessions including HIIT circuits, HIIT cardio, free weight, heavy weight, cardio, balance, boxing, plyometric, isometric, unilateral, strength training, anxiety/stress relief workouts and/or flexibility training.
Motivation and nutritional advice will also be given.

30 Day Booty + Core Challenge
This 30 Day Challenge is amazing if you're looking for something little and quick to do. With a mini challenge each day, it is perfect if you don't have the time or energy to do a complete workout. It can be done anywhere at any time and is also designed so that if you DO want a complete circuit, you can make your own with the provided template. SO SIMPLE!

There will be 4x 30-45 minute sessions per week bringing it to a total of 18 sessions within the program. I know how hard it is for some people to juggle work, household jobs, grocery shopping, study, kids, getting a decent sleep etc and then trying to stay healthy on top of that! This 6 week program allows you to work out when you want, wherever you want with no equipment necessary!
