- All personal information that 1 ON 1 WITH CHELS obtains about you will be recorded, used and protected in accordance with current data protection legislation and this privacy policy. 1 ON 1 WITH CHELS will primarily use your personal information to provide you products/services, to administer surveys and to send you offers and news that may interest you.
- In order to provide clients with the safest and most efficient services and to better understand your preferences,
1 ON 1 WITH CHELS may request your medical information and personal details.
- You may request to stop receiving communications from 1 ON 1 WITH CHELS at any time. You can choose to cancel emails by clicking the “Unsubscribe” button at any time.

T&C's
- Cancellations, rescheduling + missed sessions: If you request to cancel or reschedule within 12 hours of the session, you will be charged for half of your session. If you miss a session, you will be charged for the full session.

- 2x FREE SESSIONS: If you request to cancel/reschedule OR miss either of your free sessions, a small fee will incur.
​
- 6week 'Personalised Program': If cancellation of a personalised program occurs within the 5 business days of writing it up, you will still be required to pay its full cost.

PLEASE NOTE: If any invoices are not paid within 7days of the specified due date, this will incur in another fee, each 7days, until paid.
