Do your 1 on 1 sessions accommodate for people with injuries?
Yes! I specialise in helping people through their rehabilitation and also guide people with ongoing injuries to live their best lifestyle possible.
Do you need any equipment for the TONING and WEIGHT LOSS programs?
No, you don't need equipment! BUT, in both these programs I do provide for people WITH equipment/access to a gym and for people WITHOUT any equipment at all. There are different sessions for each, please follow the guidelines directed in the program.Â
Obviously if you have the access to equipment (dumbbells etc) then that is the recommended route :)
How are you different from a regular trainer at a gym?
I am a non-judgemental, understanding human that provides for people of all needs and am there for your constant support through your best and worst days.
Do you specialise in helping people with anxiety/stress?
YES! I am one of many that suffers from anxiety/stress etc and I know that it's absolutely terrifying going to the gym by yourself and working out... In the environment I provide, you are free to workout alone with me. I'm caring and love helping my current clients feel slightly more at ease with their anxiety. Exercising is an amazing way to help with it! TRUST ME
